Konsui Toukan, also known as Sailor Winter,
is a lover of all things calm and all things nature. She thrives in
camping and hiking, but never fishing. In her opinion, fishing isn't
relaxing, it's just plain boring. She procrastinates as much as she can on
everything she can just for the sake of an easier and happier life in the
present and doesn't mind cramming right before the deadline. She has a
very soft spot for all animals as well, especially dogs. As Sailor Winter,
she is much less laid back and completely involved in the fight. Her main
goal is to save all of those hurt by the Cryo Clan and reverse their
damage. Over all, Toukan is a calm and outgoing girl who cares little of
what others think of her.
